Network architecture /Capacity /Migration /Operations

We solve
infrastructure
problems.

We design, optimise and operate network and cloud infrastructure. We come in when the architecture has outgrown the way it was built, and we leave behind something your team can actually run.

We reply within one business day.

01  /  What we solve

Infrastructure that outgrew its design.

Most infrastructure problems are not capacity problems. They are design decisions that were correct at a tenth of the current load and have been quietly expensive ever since. We find those and change them.

Network architecture

Redesign, not more hardware

Topology, routing and addressing reviewed against what the business actually does — then changed where the design is the problem, instead of buying capacity to hide it.

Capacity and cost

Sizing tied to real load

Capacity that is over-bought, under-used or simply in the wrong place. We size against measured demand, so the bill tracks the workload rather than last year's guess.

Migration

Including the cutover

Moving workloads between providers, regions or platforms — planned around the switchover itself, which is the part that usually goes wrong.

Operations

Owners, not a rota

Monitoring, patching, backup and incident response with named owners, so problems surface internally before your customers are the ones reporting them.

02  /  How we work

Findings first.

Four stages, in order. You can stop after any one of them, and you own everything we produce along the way — including the parts that argue against hiring us further.

  1. Stage 01

    Assess

We map what you actually run: topology, dependencies, capacity, cost. You get the findings in writing, including the ones you would rather not read.

  2. Stage 02

    Design

A target architecture with the trade-offs stated plainly: what it fixes, what it costs, and what it deliberately leaves alone.

  3. Stage 03

    Deliver

We implement it, or we document it well enough that your own team can. Whichever leaves you less dependent on us.

  4. Stage 04

    Operate

Optional. Monitoring and response under an agreed escalation path, for when you would rather not carry it in-house.
